Lina was great to work with. She was very attentive and easy to communicate with. She always responded quickly. We had a cabinet that was back ordered and she personally delivered it, to keep our project on track. We also wanted to make a change to our granite last minute and she was super accommodating and made our vision come true!

We had a great experience with Granite source! Everyone was personable and knowledgable as well. Julie did a great job helping us, we got exactly what we wanted and they were on time delivering and installing our countertops. They look beautiful and their installer Colton and his helper Tim were completely professional and courteous and did a fabulous job for us! I would recommend these people to anyone. Well, except the one person that answered one phone one call i made, an incredibly rude woman who should never be allowed to interact with any clients. maybe that's the person who unlucky "A" got

Do not go to this place!!! Customer service is awful!! Made an appointment online to look at Granite with Julian. When we got there he wasn’t even in the office. The receptionist so rude!!! Acted like it was our fault we made an appointment online instead of calling. We had tried calling before booking online, but nobody answered or called us back. After the lady argued with us and basically blamed it on us we ended up walking out. I would never use this company after being treated so poorly!!

I hired "Granite Source, Inc" through the Silverthorne Lowe's. After placing the order (for a client's remodel) a series of major personal & professional events (out of state relocate of self & business, a family death, etc.) occurred. Since I wanted to complete the last job in Summit County, I had been driving back & forth consuming 8 to 10 hours round trip. This last time I had been communicating with Jessica and Rebecca who made arrangements for the installer to meet my designated person on site. Upon completion of the job, the ladies assured me that the job had been completed by sending photos

I found Granite Source to be a top notch company with excellent customer service. My Quartz countertops were delivered and installed just as they told me they would be. Rebecca and Jessica took my calls and walked me through the whole process. My Installers Bart and Manny were so talented and did a great job making my countertops look STUNNING. Buyer beware. Absolute joke of a company. They installed my countertops and cut the sink hole incorrectly. There was also white writing on my black countertops that they sealed over. It took them almost 3 months to come fix them after having to make multiple calls. During the time they were at my home to fix the sink hole they managed to damage my cabinets, sink, window frame, and covered everything In my kitchen with a white dust. They had to hire a plumber to unhook the sink and hook up after. Because of poor communication on their part with the plumber I had to sit around for an additional hour

I just had the most frustrating experience with this company and am frankly shocked they're in business.
We went to Granite Source because they were the recommended vendor for cabinets and countertops by our basement contractor, Elkstone Basements. Elkstone told us they had some good cabinets with rather limited color and style options that we could order quickly (which is hard to find in post-covid times) and that we should go take a look to make sure we were ok with them. We drove over 40 minutes to their offices and the woman at the front desk told us we couldn't see the cabinets

Countertop was CRACKED from the beginning and Granite Source REFUSES to stand behind their work
We ordered custom countertops for a major kitchen remodel. One of the large pieces was installed with a through-and-through crack in one of the corners. It had clearly been "repaired" prior to installation, as the crack was visible, but the piece had somehow been cemented back in place. Granite Source came and buffed it, which obscures the crack from some angles, but they refused to even discount their product despite the obvious defect.

We recently had a quartzite kitchen counter top fabricated and installed by Granite Source in Arvada. Some of the fabricators we spoke with would not work with this material - Granite Source sent their top fabricator to the supplier to inspect our slab - two different times because they rejected the first one we wanted pointing out flaws that would make it sketchy to work with. The install team were very professional and experienced and did a terrific job. The key to the project for us was our salesperson Dina, she is knowledgeable, flexible and has a discerning decorating eye - in short fabulous
