I work as a case manager and a few years ago I had a client whose BGE service had been turned off for over a year. She finally paid her balance but she couldn't get it turned back on until the gas line was tested. We used Warrior Plumbing and they were AMAZING! Warrior did a partial bathroom remodel, rebuilding my shower, retiling around the tub, and replacing shower, bath, and sink faucets. All the work they did looks beautiful. For each step, the experts doing the work were professional and skilled. Very happy with the work that was done and it looks beautiful. Brent was very responsive throughout the process. Walter did amazing tile work, and William was efficient and professional with the plumbing work. All were excellent about keeping things tidy, and my house stayed clean throughout the process.

These guys have exceptional customer service. From the very first call to request a quote, through the follow up to patch the drywall, every step, Sam, Brent Jr, Danny and CJ all provided the best customer service I could ask for. I honestly can't say enough good things about it.

The short story here is, this company refused to give me an estimation of how long a water heater takes to install after coming to my salon and looking at the problem with their own eyes. I had a client at the time and had to just try to figure out myself how long the job would take. Multiple friends said 3 hours so I blocked out 5 1/2 for them. With an hour and a half until our first client was scheduled to be in and the water heater not even out of the box and down the stairs yet, I began to worry. I asked when the job would be done and If I should reschedule those clients and these fools REFUSED

I am totally impressed with Warrior! I've had dealings with them recently on two separate plumbing issues. Both times they were extremely responsive and understanding. They clearly had my best interest at heart which is very, very comforting. And they did a masterful repair job at my house. I can't say enough good about this company. Brent gave me an estimate over the phone after I sent photos as I was getting my hot water heater replaced (was not broken yet, just old). Other plumbing companies wanted to charge as much as $65 just to look at my old hot water heater. I only needed a replacement hot water heater, pretty straight forward job. I appreciated the convenience of him using photos which cut out a visit to my house and he gave me a reasonable and fair quote. My basement floor was covered in water, and I had no idea where it was coming from. I tried calling different plumbers and nothing was working out. I ended up calling and speaking to Brent. (At this point I was desperate because water was still leaking and I didn't want to deal with water damage). I asked if he could come out and he came out the SAME DAY! When my kitchen sink was clogged and nearly overflowing, I wanted it fixed ASAP. After calling several companies recommended by neighbors to no avail, I searched Yelp and found Warrior. They were able to come out that afternoon. The clog was much worse than we knew, so Frank called Brent Sr. for help. I fully expected Brent to tell me they'd have to come back another day, but he and Frank stayed until the issue was resolved, replacing some remaining old galvanized pipe with PVC and adding a clean-out for easier access if this ever happens again. Warrior Plumbing is AWESOME! We needed to replace a toilet and have our tub "snaked" to address a clog - while our rental condo is in Baltimore, we live in California. Given I wasn't sure of the toilet size or style, Brent made arrangements to see the toilet in order to know what material was needed. A date and time for replacement/repair was scheduled and once the job was complete, Brent texted me pictures. Making the process simple he was professional, communicative, timely, honest and fair.
