In 1982, Richard Barron started offering affordable window coverings for the greater Kern County area. The "Blind Man" was the first to offer blind cleanings and was voted Outstanding Dealer in Kern County by Blind Design. He began a legacy that is continued by his daughter Robin Barron-Eisen.
