Unfortunately he put in the wrong parts for my sister and brother in law and charged them and never got their unit fixed. They called another HVAC company and they discovered he used the wrong parts, motor and then when confronted never took responsibility and argued over my sister. My sister is a cop and deserves to be taken care of. Unfortunate Accurate Air couldn't take care of her
