Their quotes were easy to read and broke out each sharing neighbor's costs. We had two gates and adjoining panels replaced by Katy Fence Repair. After a storm (which occurred immediately before the repair), they added reinforcing posts to the affected sections as well. The work was done very professionally at very competitive cost, exactly as described in the estimate. William was our main installer and he did a great job!

This company price gouges. They charged my senior citizen mother $1200 for repairing her 64' fence. [See pics, they only put in the new horizontal light colored wood.] They replaced 16 rails and 1 post and worked maaaybe 4 hours (1guy). They told her it would be $2600 for a regular wood board new fence. DO NOT USE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

They did an awesome job! We originally called them to have our flaking bathtub refinished, they advised us that the tile should be refinished as well and the price of $500 to do the whole thing was great. When they finished we explained that we were looking for professionals to repair and repaint or deck, and replace our fence as well. They split the jobs into two separate jobs and gave us a great price on each. We now have a wonderful new fence, a nice deck and a working bathtub.

Katy Fence Repair was highly recommended to me by a neighbor, and I can say the same for anyone looking. Our black metal fence needed a lot of work. Joe was quick and responsive with a detailed bid via email. The crew was experienced and efficient. They replaced one post, several metal pickets, sanded, primed, and spray painted. Took extra steps to make sure paint did not get on the nearby brick. Later, I noticed a few sections of fence where a light rain left some water spots right after the job was done. I contacted Joe and he sent his team back out to repaint those sections. Looks great

From beginning to end this has been a very professional and honest company to work with! Joe the Owner, and Kaylyn, Office Manager stayed in contact throughout entire process. Follow/up was spectacular. I'd like to stress the importance to me that they broke all my adjoining neighbors costs down with individual quotes I could give them. I'd also like to include the fact that they cleaned-up and hauled off the old fence. That was also worth the given quote! 06-07-18 This is an update to my initial review. I added dirt along the areas with the largest gaps and it helped, although I may try adding wood strips to some other sections. Since gaps between fence and ground seem to be a normal part of installation, I am revising my rating.

Also, I had a severely warped gate post which made latching the gate extremely difficult. After a few emails and some pictures, Katy Fence Repair agreed the post was defective and replaced it, at no additional charge, and the gate works normally again.

We needed a wooden gate repaired. It broke in bad weather one night after we found a buyer for the home, but before closing, so we were in a time crunch. Also, we no longer lived in the area and that added some complexity. Joe talked us through what needed to be done, and worked with us on the options that were available. I'm happy to update this review. After meeting and speaking with Joe, the owner, we were able to talk about my concerns. We discovered there was a miscommunication about what I actually needed. He took the time to explain the process used for the company's Quality review program, once the work has been completed. Once we were on the same page, my issues were handled according to his expressed warranty.

The fence is beautiful and should last me another 15 years :)

Can't say anything but great things about Joe and the crew at Katy Fence repair! Very easy to work with, finished a pretty massive job within days (even worked the weekend to get it done because they were pushed back a day because of rains), cost was very fair (and below other bids I received), the quality of the work was top notch as well.

I have to add that Joe himself came back out 2 weeks after the job was originally competed to repair a gate that had a 2x4 warp unexpectedly.

I highly recommend using them and will do myself the next time I need any fence work!
