Kaleo Construction has been awarded a contract to renovate the existing male restroom and construct a new female restroom at Hangar 3232, Fort Belvoir, VA. The General Services Administration recently awarded Kaleo Construction a project involving significant mechanical and lighting upgrades at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Headquarters located in Rockville, MD.
The mechanical upgrades included three (3) kitchen exhaust units in their food service areas and their fire suppression systems, a new hood wash system, replacement of the energy management system that will be compatible with the building's HVAC units, replacement of two 10-Ton heat pumps in the Nu-Reg cafeteria and replacement of existing exterior lighting with LED lighting.
