I used Octoclean to deep clean my flat, they were extremely responsive (able to do it same day) and the owner took a close interest in the job and helped out to ensure it met his expectation of quality. It's not often you get this level of service. I'd 100% recommend this company.

Very professional and extremely high quality cleaning! Booked them for an end of tenancy cleaning, very friendly service, and when I got back the house was much cleaner than when we first moved in. As an example, I have never seen an oven that clean! Most definitely recommend: good price, friendly, and exceptionally good cleaning.

Sohail and Safeer did an excellent job with the deep clean of our home. We just occupied our property and requested their services so that we can move into a clean home.
To say that they were exceptional would do them a disservice. Their work ethic, diligence and services were simply phenomenal.
Will certainly be recommending them to our friends and family and will most certainly use them again!

I called a few companies for quotes. Sohail was the only one to call me back and he clearly explained all that would be done with the clean. I had to chase the others for their quotes and decided to go with Octoclean. I had an end of tenancy, as I was moving out.
Sohail and team collected keys from the agents, cleaned the house, then returned the keys for me. I had permission from the next owners to check the clean and I was delighted! Everything was shiny and clean, they'd done a fantastic job!

Called Octoclean at short notice for student end of tenancy clean.Sohail was extremely prompt & professional, gave a competitive quote .. communication was clear at all times, the clean exceeded our expectations.. the oven & fridge are like new .. the carpets cleaned … the place looked so bright fresh & clean …very thorough clean and I am fussy …if you could have seen the before and after you would book immediately! Sohail is a true gentleman

I have considered this posting before submitting it. The team were very polite and pleasant but the attention to detail was missing. Corners were not swept/dusted/cleaned, the conservatory roof was not cleaned, the hover being used was incapable of of picking up pet hair (I had notified the business of the presence of pets before the visit). I emptied the fridge and freezer before their arrival but the freezer was not de-iced during their visit. I notified the business of most of these issues afterwards and received a response saying that they'll take this into account in future for new customers

We contacted octoclean for end of tenancy cleaning , carpet cleaning and removals, Sohail responded quickly, was very professional and provided an affordable service. We were thoroughly impressed with the level of cleanliness - everything was shiny and well polished , the carpets looked brand new! The removals service went smoothly and all staff were friendly and helpful. Sohail and staff went above and beyond! Very happy and satisfied overall and really recommend this company. Would definitely use again.

OctoClean has been a great experience for us. We are in the automotive field and have 3 locations, soon to open a fourth.
We have used OctoClean for about 3 years and we've also used them in a building we were selling that needed some clean-up as it had not been occupied in some time - they did a fantastic job and we love that OctoClean has a large variety of services they provide - from cleaning/buffing tile to carpet cleaning. It was a large undertaking but they did exceptional work.
For our three offices OctoClean has provided excellent service - we have developed a great relationship
