My first home was a Craig build, and it was a wonderful house that has held up beautifully over time! All my homeowners insurance clients who build with Craig Builders have such positive remarks time and time again! My first experience with Craig Buulders was in 1991. That was the start of my "love affair" with C'ville. My late husband and l lived in N. J.
and working with the CRAIG TEAM was fantastic! In Dec.
1998 l found an independent
lot which l loved and wanted to
have the house duplicated with some changes ONLY IF SAM CRAIG would build it. The lot had challenges but Sam dealt with them! We moved in August 1999 and l can't imagine living anywhere else. Sam Craig continues to be helpful and is a caring amazing
man! THANK YOU, SAM😇

Craig Builders built us a beautiful home 2 years ago. The quality of their work and customer service even after our home was built is impeccable. After 2 years, they are still willing to help us with anything we need. I would HIGHLY recommend them and will certainly use them in the future, should we build again. The involvement of the Craig family in each home being built is evident in that quality of that home.

I had the opportunity to work for Craig Builders from 2001 to 2005 as a Project Manager building residential single family homes. The owner, Sam Craig, is one of the finest people for whom I have ever worked. His character and moral compass are unshakable, and his dedication to building is exceptional. I feel as though I am a better person from having known Sam Craig.
