The company I work for used Cobblestone for waste removal. We had some invoices that were less than 30 days past due in which the owner claimed were SEVERLY overdue. The owner called the office asking to run our credit card. I told him no, I don't have authorization for him to do that. He then asked if we were going out of business since he couldn't run our credit card for $3,000 and we can't pay overdue invoices. First, why is he keeping our credit card on file and second, it is very unprofessional to ask someone you are doing business with that question. Stay away from this company!

When we schedule a dropoff or pickup they are always there when we need them to be and if there are any issues Ted and Steve are always available to resolve whatever the situation might be.
