First of all, I'd like to say that I have no idea what the previous review from 8 months ago is relating to. His description of the Ownership of Gables Construction as well as what he describes as his experiences are extremely far removed from reality and the comportment of this company. As the reply from the owner suggests, it is a plain bogus review and clearly looks to me to be just plain 'character assassination'.
While, at this time, I do not have a personal experience building or renovating a home with Gables Construction, I do have plenty experience in building and renovations in Miami

Gables Construction Group exceeded all of our expectations! We hired them to create a dream outdoor space with a summer kitchen, covered patio and a pool upgrade. They did an amazing job creating somewhere in which we love to grill outside, with plenty of space for 10 people to enjoy meals together, talk or watch TV. They were quick to handle issues and were always willing to share ideas along the way and answer our questions.
