Horrible service experience. I contracted for the replacement of a PTAC unit in my apartment. They failed to mention that the install would not allow for the continued use of the existing Nest controller which was already installed. I inquired about correcting the install to match the existing setup and was told that they "wouldn't even know who to call". The company was instantly defensive and in no way interested in ensuring the customer had a satisfactory result.
I called another company who quickly rewired the unit to allow for use of the Nest controller. I can only assume

I had an unequivocally excellent experience with MACC when replacing a broken down fan coil HVAC unit.. Cathleen was very responsive to all emails and questions. The quote they gave was reasonable and in line with common prices. The crew were courteous and came exactly when they they said they would to install the new unit. Highly recommended.

Manhattan Air has let me down over and over. The latest disappointment was their failure to honor their warranty on repairs. I'm out hundreds of dollars and have just learned that after six months of promises, they intend never to come to my home to service the PTAC unit they never properly fixed the first time around. Beware of Manhattan Air.
