AAA designed, constructed and serviced my b pool. There were problems throughout. Lack of responsiveness during design and construction period. The service was the worst. Multiple already blooms even in cooler months and no pool heater. Service techs never stayed for more than 5 minutes. No shows and no communication was occurring too often. I would not recommend this company

Worse Business ever. Management changed twice. Guy cleaning our pool fired and not replaced. Pool go green. Called and after four days of calling and leaving messages the guy at the office answered and sent someone to clean. He cleaned the pool in less then 30 mins. Pool remained green. Called the next day and NA. Ive spent two weeks calling daily 10-15 times and leaving message and they can't be bothered to call back. Call CC to cancel payment and got a different company. THIS IS THE WORSE POOL COMPANY EVER!!!! No customer service, not professional, horrible business ethics, horrible

Terrible service. AAA Custom Pools were scheduled to provide service to me and they were a no show. No call, no notice, just didn't show up. I wasted my time waiting for them and they just do not show up. This is the third time AAA Custom Pools has done this to me. Every time they provide a BS excuse that obviously is a lie.If I didn't have a motherboard under warranty I would not use their service and suggest you could avoid issues as well.

Would not recommend this company. Tiles falling off after 3 years. Deck jets sinking below the surface. Weeping stains coming through gunite. Defective workmanship. Called them 3 times. AAA refused to come out and inspect and stated "unfortunately were so busy right now we cannot take on anymore repair work so unfortunately we won't be able to help you." Terrible work, terrible response, terrible company.

We bought a house from Toll Brothers Boca Raton. This company AAA Pools had to do the pool. We were not allowed to choose. They did a poor job, surface with stains and dirty since day 1. They do not respond. They do not take care. It is a shame a company like that was imposed to us to build our pool. I do not recommend doing anything with them.

I had a very Pressing Problem , the pool pump was broken
and i needed quick help bevor the water turns bad.
First i was told that my pool pump has a 3 year warrenty,
and i still need to pay a Service fee of 135 Dollars .that cover everything.
including parts .
then they put me off every day , after i called them a few times a day ,
they told me the cant get in touch with the employee.
4 Days after they told me sorry we made a mistake , there is no more warrenty.
They still didnt even look for the mistake in the pump.
I actually decided to take another Company ,
just got the confermation
and i needed quick help bevor the water turns bad.

This swimming pool company is one of the terrible one in palm beach. I pay $1xx every month to clean my pool, but it still very very dirty. A lot leaves and trash in the pool. When I call them, they asked me about another $1xxx to clean my pool. Seriously? How can you ask me to pay you $1xx every month?

I just bought a new house in Parkland, and this company was hired by the constructor to build the pool. We spent lots of money to pay for all the upgrades in the pool. They delayed the work for more than two months since the closing, and they delivered the "new" pool looking like a two years old pool. I needed to pay for a pool guy to finish the service. Definitely, I don't recommend this company. Stay away from them.

Gina in the office is very nice. However, the poor service is terrible. The pool was left filled with algae, scale, and dirt at the bottom of the pool. When I called to let them know that the quality of the service wasn’t good, I never even heard back from anybody. Nonetheless they never improved the care of the pool. I would not recommend this pool service.

They are good at making repairs when you bring problems to their attention ie when they finally get to it. Their service only starts off good when you first sign up with them. When it comes to cleaning pools they fail. They don’t clean the inside edges of pool. They left spider webs intact around that spa.
Other companies I have used do a far better job. Many times my pool vac that I bought from them not working but it is not addressed unless I bring up the issue. Algae in pool never resolved until switching to another company. Find one of the many other companies with good reviews.
