We are custom building a home for a client. The client bought all of their windows and doors from this business. Nice high dollar doors and windows. The order did not arrive as promised, the salesman Whitney did not return phone calls. When picking up the screens for the windows our customer had to wait in the lobby for close to an hour, no one ever apologized for his wait. When we installed a door and discovered the jamb was warped, they gave us the run around in replacing the jamb. They first requested pictures of it in order to replace it, then they never ordered it and did not inform us. When

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Airtite at all. (Giving them 1 star is generous and I don’t believe I’ve ever given a company such a low review before.) Below is a copy of my email to the owner, Robert Hoemke, describing our issue after they installed new windows on our home. (Click photos in Google maps app to access if you can’t see them here.) I even had Robert out to show him and discuss the problem face to face and he was oh so careful not to own up to it, knowing the work that would be required of them to replace the windows and do the job correctly. Should have called years ago! The price was good, the quality is better and the people are the best. From sales to installation this was one of the best purchases I've ever made and something I feel comfortable will last for a very long time. The salesman was very knowledgeable and treated us like family. After purchase, installation happened in about four weeks and the gentleman who did the installation were absolute professionals. Can't express just how much I appreciated these folks and the quality of their product.

I just replaced all the windows in my house with Airtite. They are beautiful, inside and out. I could not have been more pleased with the company from beginning to end. Whitney was the most amazing sales consultant ever! He suggested design ideas for the windows that created a look I am thrilled with! He found ways to save me money through the designs. The guys who installed the windows were in and out quickly and they cleaned up their mess so that I could hardly tell they had been there. The price and service were excellent. Great windows. These folks are careful to take time, visit your home, measure (it got done twice, once by the salesman, and once by the owner) and get thoughts from several of their staff when it's a more difficult than normal job. I'm not the usual homeowner, as I have done about 3 million dollars in permits as the General Contractor in Texas. The result was a good fit on a more difficult and challenging job. And the price was very reasonable for custom work. The only criticism I can make is the screens fit so tightly that they are difficult to remove. A 99.95% quality job. I wish everything I

I needed to purchase a few replacement windows for a customer remodel project that I was working on. The owner of Airtite, Robert, was very accommodating, showing me the product line and even giving me a tour of their factory, the only one in Abilene! The installers were extremely courteous and did an excellent job replacing all the windows, which look great! Would absolutely recommend the good folks at Airtite to give you the best deal on the best windows around!
