I would recommend this company. Cesar,Jesus, and Max was very professional, mannerable, and easy to communicate and explain everything I needed to know about my new system. The price for the installation was affordable. Mr. Jones always returned my calls and explained the price and warranty information. They made tears come to my eyes after everything was completed. Made my home more proficient for the years to come. Call them if you need these services. I feel that you will be very pleased .

I wanted to write this review a few months into having our new system. Hopefully I won't have to replace a system again for a while, but I can promise you we will absolutely be using Rocky and his team for any service needs we have. Jones installed 2 new units/furnaces in our older home, as well as a mini split for our in-law apartment. Everything they recommended was on point. The only thing that is better than our 3 new systems was/is the professionalism of Jones Climate. Thank yall for a great experience.

This company is supposed to be a 5 star rated company. I wish I could rate it that high, but I signed up for an appointment via BBB and received a confirmation for a Tuesday appointment. Even received a text message reminder. They never showed up, called or anything. When I tried to call to get an update, there was no answer. Luckily,, I had my new system installed today by another BBB recommended company, too bad it was not this company.

Charlie was such a dedicated and hardworking AC technician. He was kind, informative, and went above and beyond working late to find a leak in our HVAC unit. I appreciated that he wore a mask when in our home and offered to clean up debris from our attic. Jones Climate Control came as a recommendation from our neighbors and they'll be our go-to from now on thanks to Charlie!
