I've now had the pleasure to work with John Harvey on multiple projects, in different cities. At first I was like many other people thinking I don't need an architect, it's a waste of money. Hiring John Harvey will actually save you money! He is extremely knowledgeable and intelligent when it comes to designing floor plans and creating the most efficient use of an area. I've been faced with difficult tasks in trying to maximize my use of space in designing properties in downtown locations where square footage is at a premium.
