I was referred to Newport Blinds by a part manufacturer which could not sell me their roller blind clutch mechanism directly. Tony at Newport Blinds was extremely helpful in identifying and providing me the correct part and promptly shipped it, as I live over 150 miles away. Excellent customer service! If I lived closer I’d likely be a regular customer.

Recently installed some vertical blinds made by New Port Blinds for one of my interior designers here in Spartanburg, SC.
The blinds were ordered, fabricated, and shipped within just a few days allowing my designer client to meet a deadline on a commercial project she was bidding on.
The blinds were easy to install, they worked great, and if I had any problems or something I didn't understand I could call the plant and speak to a REAL PERSON who ACTUALLY KNEW SOMETHING about their products.
