Amazing experience yesterday with the garage motor replacement, I didn't know how much of a difference this would make, I knew it would help
But the Davis door team just provided me with such piece of mind after the install of the HTCDCU garage motor
They had two professionals on site plus an electrician for the wiring. All were Covid safe by wearing masks the whole time as well!
Very very very pleased! Worth every cent I spent

AMAZING! Highly recommend in every way. I'm the HOA Board President, and each time we've needed garage door service, David Door has come to the rescue. Dispatch is always friendly and professional, and the promised callback came very fast. Wesley came to help with today's issue, and within 5 minutes he had discovered the problem, proposed a solution, and had everything fixed in no time. Davis Door was an absolute miracle for my small condo building. They were the second company I called after our commercial garage door started making a loud noise.
Merely by being ethical professionals, Davis Door Service was the utter opposite of the first company I called.
Look at this contrast!
The first company was terrible. They sent a tech who had to be talked through the diagnosis over the phone and then misdiagnosed our issue, saying we needed to replace the operator (motor) because it was too old. In addition to a call-out fee, they billed us an extra hour of labor for "travel

My spring broke on my commercial garage door at 9:00am and I contacted Max at 9:03am and within 10 minutes he showed up with his guys and I explained to him I can’t get my installation truck out of my shop until my door gets fixed. We've had Davis Door as our one and only service firm on a commercial grade door they installed at our Condo on Capitol Hill over 20 years ago!!!!
When the "chips are down" Davis Door is there, on time and on schedule. If you have an emergency 24/7, 365, they are there for you! Their service techs are troubleshooters & problem solvers, not just screw turners.
I always make it a point to meet them at the door, walk them through the situation and encourage them to call me if they need some water or need to use the restroom, which can be a challenge for on-site workers...

Davis Door installed a new Automatic Garage Gate for my Condominium following a fire. They were professional and made sure the job was done well. A great deal of expertise and experience is required for such an involved job.
A huge Yelp and KUDOS for Mark Crawford, Field Supervisor for Davis Door Service and his team. The job was done well and in a timely manner.
Mark returned to make some adjustments to fine tune the gates operation. I couldn't more satisfied with his customer service.

I've actually never written a review for a company before, sure I've had great service but nothing that compelled me to actually put my 2 cents in. That changed today when I had to make an emergency call to Davis Door after a ladder rack collided with our garages roller door. Their service techs were onsite in no time, even during their busy rush; and quickly fixed the door in time for our customers to leave the garage and start their weekend. We have a large warehouse with a huge roll-up door and a heavy glass entrance door. Each time we have had any issues with either one of our doors they have responded promptly and fixed them quickly at a reasonable price. They are extremely pleasant and when they are done they thank us for our business. I highly recommend this locally run company.
