Emily was wonderful to work with and we are beyond excited for our delivery of both formal dining & breakfast nook sets soon. She spent nearly uninterrupted 3 hours with me, we combed every square inch of the store, moved chairs with different tables, etc,etc until it was just right. She and the owner both joined forces to resolve a "hold" situation that was 24 hours old....it was to BOTH customers satisfaction. Delivery is quick (and I'm 2 hours from the Hoover store!) GO!! Beautiful pieces at very reasonable prices!

I went in to buy some chairs. I asked the price of a chair and purchased 2. They delivered the wrong chairs. Luckily I had taken a picture of the chair. After a long back and forth the sales person had sold me the wrong chairs. They said they would honor the price and order me the chairs as they didn’t have any in the warehouse. They said it would be 8 weeks. I called 7 weeks later to check on the status. Apparently they never placed the order. Its beyond belief how much they screwed up. They lost a good customer forever!

I LOVE this store!! I can always find something I need, well actually want lol. Very sweet, knowledgeable staff who have helped me decorate my home and it looks fabulous if I do say so myself lol. No matter what you're looking for you will find it here. They have interior designers on staff to help you, if you wish. So, stop by and I know you will fall in love with Urban just like I have.

New to the area and needed artwork for my entire apartment. The staff were so helpful and even let me shift some pieces around the space so I could visualize the pieces together better. I ended up putting two pieces on hold then the next day I ordered over the phone and they were able to deliver to my apartment later that afternoon.
This place has a few more modern and interesting pieces compared to some of the other furniture stores I've been to in the area. I'll definitely be back to look at their home accessories, earrings, and candles!

Poor customer service!!!! Beware if you take anything home on approval. There is a 48 hour policy that I was not warned about and when returned the item two days later was not refunded any money, but forced to take store credit. I accepted this as a lesson learned. I later took two gabby lamps home on approval and ,of course , quickly returned them the next day. The store was doing inventory and said the computers were not on, but took all the information down for the refund. Three weeks later I received my credit card bill and the refund of $1351 was not credited to my account. I went back in

Beautiful furniture! We just bought new furniture for our house from Urban Home Market. The staff was wonderful! Their decorator will come to your house for free and help you pick out what works best. We bought dining room furniture, chairs for the den & bedroom, accent tables and a buffet for the kitchen. It was able to be delivered the same day! Absolutely love everything! The prices are very reasonable.
The decorator is coming back in a few weeks to help with accessories.

I've been in this store 3 times now, and only the first time was I greeted or acknowledged. This store has beautiful items, furnishings, lighting, but the atmosphere isn't what it needs to be. The last time I went in, the weather was rainy, so I wasn't dressed up.......was wearing jeans, t-shirt, sneakers......I guess I didn't look like I had enough $ to be shopping there, and not one person said anything to me. There was a lighting fixture I wanted to purchase, approximately $400, but because I wasn't treated as if I mattered, I walked out. I figure I can find something

I visited this brand new store this week. Urban Home Market is pretty much a unique shopping venue for the 280 corridor. The home furnishings items have a lot of unique and out of the ordinary kind of things.
The general theme is kind of a rustic, urban, industrial focus. Lots of metal and reclaimed wood things. They have a design service too.
They are off to a good start, I hope they will be very successful!
