Great company to deal with. Quality products at a great price and a customer service second to none. I ordered 2 Mina-Aire ceiling fans with extended downrods for our newly constructed home. The 18” downrod turned out to be too long so customer service told me to keep the rod and they immediately placed an order for a 12” rod which turned out to be out of stock. I was kept up to date on the restock and even received an email apologizing for the long delay. I would highly recommend Del Mar Fan & Lighting.

I purchased a Minka Aire fan from Del Mar Nothing but problems with the remote control Minka Aire tech services was awful- very short and condescending folks Christa at Del Mar was great Finally she replaced it with a Kichler pull chain fan that is working great! Would not deal with Minke Aire again but would definitely go to Del Mar and Christa again!!!

Ordered a Monte Carlo 99" ceiling fan over Memorial Day weekend when they were all on sale for the great room in our new house. Needed it within a week for our contractor to install in time for inspections, etc. Most other websites showed the particular color we wanted as backordered but Del Mar showed it as in stock and shipping within 1-2 business days. So I ordered it from Del Mar. Three business days later the order still showed as "processing" so I called the company to ask about the status. They in turn called Monte Carlo because apparently their fans are shipped directly from the vendor

Ordered an oscillating ceding fan for our new home online last summer. After installation, had a low but persistent squeak I could not resolve. Del Mar customer service was outstanding in both email and by phone support, immediately ordered us a replacement fan, which was on backorder. They continued to monitor the status until shipment and installation were completed, and all is now well! We could not be happier with the quality of both the product, and the excellent service and personal support Del Mar provided.
