Todd Gilbert gave me a quote on remodeling two bathrooms. We went to his storefront and picked out tile, vanities, toilets, flooring, hardware, etc. We scheduled the start date for 2 months later because he was backed up. The week before he was to start he called and canceled the job. Said his son was in an accident and he was taking a break from the business. A week later I saw his truck in my friend’s neighborhood. I had her call him and schedule an estimate for two bathrooms. He set up an appointment for the same week. So I called him back to ask if his son was better and could we reschedule

The woman who answers the phone listed is ridiculous. She said her name is Antonio. She began refusing my project before I even told her the dimensions and what I was looking to do.
When I asked her how did she know that it wasn't a project they were capable of doing without me giving more detail, she Paused and reluctantly asked me a few more questions. I start to respond and pause and at this point told her I didn't want to feel as though I am pleading with a company to take my service so it was ok.

TLG Tile just finished remodeling our shower. We're very happy with it.
TLG helped with the planning, and the parts and materials - along with the workmanship were of the highest quality.
Additionally, they were careful about using runners to protect carpets and also taking virus precautions.
Todd is the owner/manager and monitored the work progress on a daily basis.

Todd and his wife were very helpful in helping us decide colors for both of our bathrooms. They did one 4yrs ago as handicap for my father. We had decided on a seat in the shower which didn't workout. My father felt he couldn't make into shower. It had nothing to do with TLG. The seat broke and we only put are feet on to wash our legs. They came out and removed seat at n/c. Awesome. We had them do second bathroom which father used. Again awesome job. The workmen were great both times. We had a leak recently from first bathroom drain. Plumber came out and gave estimate. Just for hell of

TLG Tile is a family-run business and gives great value for the money. It primarily concentrates on kitchen and bath remodeling. We had two bathrooms remolded and a den drywalled and wired for surround sound. We were extremely pleased with their work. Todd, the owner and overall supervisor, was extremely helpful in providing ideas for our project design. He has a great "can do" attitude. Even if an idea involved moving a wall or changing the plumbing, his usual comment was, "we can do that!"

I had a powder room that I wanted to transform into a full bath. It was important for me to have a full accessible bath on the main level for my mother when she visits. Todd and his team managed to convert a small hall closet adjacent to the powder room into a stunning modern shower! Everyone who walks in is wowed --not only because it looks nice, but also because of the exceptional craftsmanship. Each of his crew are licensed. I was doubly impressed because they all (about 8 in all) were always punctual. TLG Tile also handles getting the permits and inspections. The pricing is very reasonable

Have had the most frustrating and unprofessional service from this contractor. After the company's owner Todd Gilbert completed an estimate, I could not get answers to straight forward questions, such as what is the final estimate for the project, after selecting a tile from their showroom. I took the trouble to go down to their showroom to select a tile, since Todd's wife, Antonia, told me I had to use their materials. She manages the showroom but did not know the cost of the tile I selected. I find it hard to believe that she runs the showroom and does not know the prices of the tiles. I made

All work on our Master bathroom remodeling was overseen by the business's owner, Todd, who prides himself in setting and maintaining a standard of professionalism and perfection, followed by all of his master craftsmen. OMG this company is a gem! We were told by the owner, Todd, that they would be in to completely gut and redo our kitchen, master bath and all flooring on the top two levels of our home on December 11, 2015 and would be done by the 21 st and they were! Not only were they completely done, they did a fabulous job at a very reasonable cost. The kitchen and master bath both involved removing walls, replacing all cabinets, painting, granite, new everything!! The kitchen flooring involved heated tiles and the rest of the house was done in hardwood. The process of picking everything was painless as TLG

Todd and his team did a magnificent job updating our master bath. Here are some photos of their work (before and after). It was a pleasure working with TLG! Their master craftsmen deserve a specific shout out -- lighting and plumbing are spot on. Tile work is nearly flawless and the painter even repainted after we didn't like the initial color (that my wife and I picked out). Great job TLG!!

TLG tile does excellent work. They were recommended to me by a friend from work. I had 3 bathrooms done, and some hallway tile. Great service, and I especially liked their approach of having a plumber do the plumbing, a painter do the painting, and tile guys do the tile. Sounds basic, but it's good to have folks who are experts at what they do, rather than one person try to be good at everything. It was also efficient. I definitely recommend TLG Tile to others.

At the moment I am giving 1 star because I've been waiting since the beginning of May for my estimate. We had a long list of things we wanted to have done in our home. Maybe it was just too many things for them to do! Either way, I would at least appreciate the courtesy of a reply to the phone messages I've left. My co-worker raved about the work they did on her home and how professional the guy was who came to give the estimate. I have had the opposite experience so far. Be wary of this company.

Absolutely thrilled with our decision to use TLG Tile to remodel our master bathroom. Todd (owner and general contractor) helped us with the layout of the bath and his wife help with the design materials.No high pressure sales tactics, reasonably priced (so much that we will be getting a hall bath, powder room and kitchen remodeled by TLG Tile). The workers arrived early everyday and before starting work ensured the floor was properly covered and put plastic on furniture to minimize the accumulation of dust. Superb workmanship, installed tile floors in both baths, kitchen and dining room and new bathtub with tile work. Punctual and ensured enough workers were on hand to get all the work done in 3 days. My water valve broke and the plumber went to home depot and changed it out for me at no charge. I would highly recommend.
