After shopping many places in the Rochester area we decided to stop at Valerie's. We are so glad we stopped here as we could not be happier! We worked with Sara and what a kind and helpful person. She was so helpful in not only tile choice but color selection overall design of our project as well. She is a true professional. Do your self a favor and stop by, ask to work with Sara and you wont be disappointed. Oh, I forgot to mention the selection is the best around!

I have purchased kitchen and bathroom tile from Valerie three times over the last 15 years. Her store has the best selection in town. Also, she and her staff are very creative, and will come up with designs that will blow you away.
My only criticism is that her policies about returning products are very strict. To be fair, because a number of her products are special order, it is to be expected. Can you get similar products at Home Depot, Lowes, etc, at a better price?? Sometimes, but the expertise they offer is unmatched, in my opinion.
