I have used Dean Dlouhy for my silly garage door for years. It doesn't matter what I call him for, or how I try to explain what is happening, Dean is always patient, kind, honest, fair, and willing to explain what is really wrong with my door. He shows me what is wrong and easily fixes it. What I like most about him is that he doesn't push or recommend something you don't need. We bought our house 15 years ago. Slid in behind the wall mounted opener was a business card for Dlouhy Doors. We called them for our first repair over 10 years ago and the few times we've needed them since then. Dean is knowledgeable, efficient, professional and patient. I entered my garage and when I went to close the door, there was an awful sound and a small wheel attached to a metal rod flew by my head. What a start to my day. A co-worker suggested Dlouhy Doors when my spring broke. A year later I used them again to replace the Lift Master that came to the end of its life.
Both times they did a fantastic job. Very professional, fair priced, transparent and quick. Dean took time to explain how the new system works as I am technically challenged.

Excellent, responsive, friendly service. Installation of my motor was a little tricky due to the age and condition of the garage, but Jeff handled everything confidently.
