Awesome. Takes time to explain everything. Most repair places rake you over the coals especially if you're a woman. Joe is fair and honest. His work is guaranteed down to the smallest detail. I took my car to Collision Masters for repairs due to a car accident. The owner Joe Ferra was an absolute delight to deal with he made the whole process painless. When I picked up my car it looked better then when I 1st bought it. If anyone is looking for a body shop the only place to go is Collision Masters.
