Brick structures are built to be strong and durable, and therefore should able to withstand years of wear and tear with minimal damage. However, over time, the mortar in between bricks can deteriorate due to extreme weather and constant exposure to the elements. Heavy storms, aggressive tree roots or broken water lines can all cause damage to brick structures.

I have a home in Boston. The basement was having water issues. There were leaks in the foundation and I couldnt tell but I think moisture was coming up through the floor. My boss recommended that I call Gilrace Masonry because he had the same problem with his house and Gilrace Masonry waterproofed his basement. THank god I was referred to this company. The owner was awesome and was upfront with what was going on and what it was going to take to waterproof my basement. As you know water is the number one enemy of houses. So I went with Gilrace Masonrys proposal. They fixed my foundation and stopped
