After 13 years, the original owners have retired and the new owners at Hot Spot are excited to get started and expand on the existing business. First, we have changed our logo and have launched the new website. Hopefully, you find the new site more mobile friendly and easier to navigate, but still full of information on the many products we carry.

Please make sure when your pool is on the schedule that all jets, ladders, skimmer baskets, plugs and any other pool equipment it laid out with the swimming pool or we know where they are.

Jason and his partner were very efficient. I was well pleased with there performance. I did note that the closing fee seemed to increase significantly from last year. Not sure if I will have to search for another provider or not? Have been with Hot Spot since 2009/10 and always enjoyed your services. If all companies are increasing fees, the only difference going forward will be the efficiency of service. I am hoping to order some needed parts and get them installed during the slack times this fall. Sure hope that works out.

I absolutely love this pool place! The new staff is friendly and place is very clean. We have been working with Brad for several years and are so happy with our services! No matter who they send or what happens they are always on the ball And make it a truly easy experience. They are the type of people who will always tell you the truth and make things right. We would follow Brad anywhere he truly knows his stuff! Also best chemicals I have ever used on my pool! Never cut corners using cheap materials they are definitely pros at their job!!

They have a pretty decent selection of barbecue supplies, sauces, and rubs, but their customer service is absolutely awful. I went in looking for some new rubs to work with. A worker asked if I needed any help, I told him I was just browsing. When I picked out what I was going to get, I went and stood at the counter for 10 minutes, and the never saw the guy again. There was another worker helping a couple with picking out a hot tub that never even offered to go grab the other person from the back room.
The variety is pretty nice, but do yourself a favor and order your products online. Even waiting

I am selling my house with a pool and needed emergency service so that it would pass inspection. They fit our repair into their busy pool opening schedule. They did great work and I really recommend them to anybody with a pool or spa.
The new owner that took over a couple of months ago has really improved the customer experience in this store! I have had a pool for 10 years and each time I went in to buy something small from the old owner, the staff would be very rude to me because I had not yet switched to them as my primary pool store because their staff was consistently rude to me each time

I started to come here for my smoking wood. They get those purple bags with good quality chunks of wood great for smoking. Not much slivers of wood scraps but the big chunks so you get a good long smoke. They also have an excellent selection of rubs including some from Wabash bbq up in Excellsior Springs and even some of their sauces.

Service during the sale was good. Probably a better place to buy a hot tub than a smoker or grill. Service after the sale sucks. Bought a 2500 dollar smoker and a few days later went in to ask a question and they acted like they had no idea who I was. Either a bad memory or a ton of people walk in there daily. I bought a good one Marshall and they don't have serial numbers.

So I'm looking for a hot tub and a Google search turned up this dealer. Feeling Family Leisure was a bit pricey I wanted to comparison shop and found this store close and stopped by with my family to check it out. First off the store had a very potent "rotten egg/horrible gas" odor permeating the store. Maybe the gentlemen gambling in the store had been farting all day. Sick, my kids went to the car.
Powering thru the odor, I found a model I liked better than the one at family leisure. In both circumstances the stores offered 0% financing and I wanted to hear details. He said cash

We bought a used 8 person Jacuzzi Hot Tub from the Hot Spot Pools & Spas in May of 2013. The owner and his wife were so kind and professional. They took their time to explain to us how to operate it and how to use the chemicals. My fiance and I are first time hot tub owners so we had many questions and they were all answered with the smile on their faces.They have everything you could imagine for hot tubs (chemicals, accessories, filters...) and prices are more then affordable.
