Critical: Responsiveness
The people who answer the phone and take messages are so nice to talk to. I phoned this business in January and March to get a quote on floor refinishing. I never received a call back either time. Now, by the first of April Mike of Dependable Floor Sanding has completed a great job refinishing our oak floors.

I have tried to contact this company more than 3 times by their website. I never heard back. I assume business must be amazing. I wanted a estimate to have my house installed with new flooring. Suggestion if no one can answer emails take your contact info off your website. I actually came up out of state and I asked if they could schedule me in to measure. The office workers were very nice. They gave me a price for the materials as I had the measurements. She stated that the will need to come to the house. I never received a call back after that.
