What can I say? We needed a cleaning service and The maids where the only ones available at the time — I guess I now know why. The management is horrible— customer service is non- existent, their work is mediocre and careless and they are NEVER! EVER on time — so today after 2 years of compromising; I finally said enough!

Scheduled a move out cleaning over the phone on 3/9. They were supposed to come at 9:30am on 3/10. Received a call close to 12pm stating that they couldn’t clean due to “Bugs”. I asked for her to send me a video they took of the so called “bugs” and have not received anything. I have lived here for 4yrs and never had any issues with anything. They were lazy and did not want to clean the house so they made up a story to avoid. She also said that they had started cleaning. As I entered the house NOTHING had been done...at all. Not to mention the key that they were supposed to leave under

My life has been so much easier since hiring The Maids. I had them do a deep clean to start followed by regular cleanings. They do a great job cleaning and work very efficiently to get the job done. I've gotten to know them and look forward to having them here. They're all very friendly! I recommend their services and suggest that if you ever do have an issue (which I have not) just call the office and talk to them about it; they're very nice people who want you to be satisfied.
