It's a pleasure for me to do this review for Igloo ac. I had their services 2 weeks ago at our house in Waipahu and they provided me with 6 split ac systems. I am please to say their work was first rate and they provided me with excellent ac system. I suggest if you're looking for an ac system do not hesitate to call RJ. I was very satisfied with Igloo and their on site estimate, installation and their on time crew. Very professional at all levels with descent communication. Great work and beyond with their Electrician Bernie who helped me with some information on a separate home issue that I greatly appreciated. There was some confusion on switching models and costs but overall Igloo AC did a great job. Good cleanup too.

Igloo AC was amazing. We had three ac units installed over a year ago. RJ met with me multiple times and went over good locations to install and several different options. He communicated exactly the plan and set a date about a month or so out from our meeting to allow the units to get shipped.
When the time came, his crew arrived on time, and were extremely professional and efficient. They also have one of the best electricians I have met. They completed the job on time and we were psyched with the installation.
Fast forward to now. The units have run perfectly, and we keep them on 24/7 to maintain

We have two Mitsubishi units but only one finally died. I called several places to get an estimate. RJ came over and did an inspection and then gave us his opinion on the different brands of ac available. He sent us emails with estimates for both of our ac units even though he knew we were only changing one. He also gave us estimates on a Mitsubishi and a Daikin, I didn’t want any other brands. We decided to go with the Daikin. We paid half down and waited for the installation. They came on time and were very friendly and courteous. The younger guy had a little trouble installing our indoor unit

Had 4 units installed back in February. Incredible job very clean and the lines are hidden below into the crawl space minimizing what is seen outside. Just had an issue with my bedroom units not cooling recently. Was a little worried calling RJ 10 months after the install to see if they could fix it. Forgot were under a 18 month warranty we get with his a/c installs. Amazing.
Within a week RJ got someone out here, fixed the issue, and made sure the units were back to 100%.

I contacted this business back in mid-Aug of this year to place at least 1, maybe 2 split units in our home. Had a virtual tour done on the 17th, was told they would email the plans and cost within 24-48 hours. It has now been 3 weeks. Tried to f/u a week later...haven't heard back from this company. Guess they don't care about customer or honoring their word.

We had a great experience with this company. They were immediate in their response to our inquiries and kept us in the loop about when our AC unit would arrive and be installed. We had several questions along the way and our emails and phone calls had prompt responses. I searched a number of companies when we were looking to change our existing split AC units. RJ responded quickly, was professional and cordial during the walkthrough and provided us with 3 different options, offering pros and cons to each. These guys are great. Gave me a free estimate which was cheaper than other AC companies for the same Daikin split AC they installed for me. The crew arrived on time and finished the install very quickly, cleanly, and professionally. The install looks great and you can't see the conduit at all from inside the house. I contacted Igloo AC for a quote and immediately RJ responded to me. He quickly found an opening in their schedule that accommodated my unique needs. On the day of the initial meeting for a quote, RJ arrived on time and was extremely efficient and professional. I hired Igloo AC to install a Daikin mini split for me and I'm very pleased with their work.
They perform both the electrical and HVAC sides of installation, which is important as it reduces confusion between overlapping trades during construction (not uncommon in my experience.)
It's important to note that RJ (the owner of the company) was directly involved every step of the way. After an initial delay or miscommunication with Igloo at the start of the product , they came through with 5 star service and quality.
My project wasn't the easiest as they had to access the very hot and small attic for installation.
The product is quiet and efficient. To top it off, it looks great too!
I splurged to buy this higher quality product but it is worth the investment in comfort.
