NOT RECOMMENDED! Horrible customer service, won't return a phone call! I recently had them cut down a very large oak tree next to my house. They completed most of the work they agreed to do, however, they left a ~20ft section blocking most of my driveway. This was far too large for a homeowner to handle on their own. They had started to cut it in severalĀ  spots but just left it. They did not brace/block up any of the 3 large logs to prevent them from rolling. All logs were on a hill and could've very easily rolled n killed any of my pets or grandkids or rolled through my garage door. We began

If it was possible to leave 0 stars we would. In 2019 we contacted them and were waiting to schedule a day they could come. They didn't call and instead just randomly showed up on a day we were not prepared for. It was also rainy and they had no professional equipment. A group of young men that seemed not to know what they were doing and with dangerous methods began the removal of the tree. They left the fallen part where it was in our neighbors fence, and also left all of the cut wood despite us telling them to take it. There were gouges in the mud from them attempting to drag the wood away before
