*Edited in response to the very late owners response- they did not issue a refund and I’ve checked my bank account multiple times to confirm. They did honor the original military discount (not sure why they said honor it though. It was just a discount they offered when we inquired) and they never gave us a second discount like they claimed they did. We were not helped at all and told multiple things that differed every time we talked with someone.)

I had my stuff stored here for over two years. I lived out of state and always felt super confident that it was safe and ok! When Utah had their small earthquake scare last year I got an email right away to let us know they would check the buildings and make sure things were ok. Very nice people, always willing to help! I would for sure go back there again!
