I wish I checked the reviews first. I purchased a Groupon coupon and it took weeks to get in contact with the vendor. I followed the instructions provided by Groupon but no success.
Eventually I started calling and go an answering service who said someone would contact me. Nothing. Called again and got a quick call back. Person tried to tell me they tried to contact me by telephone and email but there was nothing on my phone or in email. Finally, I was told they couldn't service my apartment.
Then the fun really started as Groupon refused to give me a refund. They offered options but no refund

I would think that Clean air florida would do their due diligence before hiring subcontractors to do their groupon offers.The tech that showed up was unprofessional and his equipment was dirty,old, and the duct he had connected to his unit was cracked and held together with lots of duct tape.He was here for 30 min. trying to upsell me to sanitize my ducts for another $220.He only attached the cleaning vacuum to one vent so I don't see how Its going to clean all of them correctly.He also didn't even bother to close my vents before running the vacuum which I read you are suppose to do.

Might be a great company if they actually did the job I asked them to. Got a Groupon offer for dryer vent cleaning and tried to schedule. They don't do rental properties even though I'd meet them there with voucher. So Clean Air, even though you may be a fantastic company, you've lot any business with me and my several rentals. All you had to do was give me a simple explanation why rental houses are exempt. The CSR I spoke to just told me I missed the fine print. Must've been VERY fine.

I said yes. You have bad customer service and hung up. Will be calling the authorities because it felt threatening. It’s not defamation if it’s true.

Purchased a Groupon to have someone check my Air Ducts and Dryer Vent cleaned.
I chose the Clean Air Florida Groupon because it said it was $45 for $400 worth of services.
4 times they had to reschedule for one lame reason or another. like tuck wouldn't start or was not running right. Would not recommend this company to anyone

Was looking to get my dryer vent cleaned- could not find a company that did not have a 2 week+ wait but Clean Air was able to come out pretty quickly which was great. I was upsold into getting my ac vents cleaned and I thought made sense since they would be here. Was searching all over the internet for an air duct cleaning company and came across clean air. My dad had been suffering from allergies, & after all the allergy meds & switching doctors we finally found out it was from the environment he lived in. I am renting a condo from a very dear friend. I wish I could give this company zero stars. I scheduled 2 appts, and they didn't show up either time. The first time, when they finally called over an hour past their time frame I told them I had already left, as I waited home for 4 hours. The guy on the phone had the audacity to say I should be thankful they are coming out at all, since I had a groupon and was getting a great deal. Have scheduled 2 different times the most recent time no one showed up or called. They are extremely rude and when calling to find out what the deal is their response is, the technician was sick, things happen. I'm sorry, maybe I would be more understanding if someone had called me to tell me that they weren't coming. Worst customer service ever. RUN don't walk away from these people.

Fantastic! They called right away after the purchase of my Groupon and came out the following week to clean the air ducts/dryer vent. They did an inspection and found our unit needed a deep cleaning for mold/bacteria. They emailed me an estimate, but when I called and left a message about scheduling it no one ever returned my call. I would still recommend them as they seem very knowledgable in what they do and very courteous. We are getting a new A/C unit, so the deep cleaning is now unnecessary. I will still use them for annual air duct cleaning though.

I purchased a cleaning on Groupon and what a scam this company is for sure. They show up and connect up the vacuum and let it run for 20 minutes and then to proceed to tell me it needs a deep cleaning. I asked for a quote and got 400.00 dollars. They are nut's. I asked why he wasn't pulling down the grates and cleaning them like past times and was told it's not included. If you pay 400 they clean all the vents and unit. I have since spoken with the owner of the company. As if turns out the individual that came to my house was an outside contractor and not an employee of the company. The owner was very polite and would have personally made this situation right except that he is out of Orlando. I did not want him to inconvenience himself to that level. I will look for someone local to take care of this service.
