Short but great experience with Foundation Doctor. Had a water leak under our foundation and plumbers fixed the leak. Called Foundation Doctor to get an opinion on risks to the slab. Adam came out and was timely, professional, and thorough. He gave us straight answers and was very transparent. He gave us some much needed good news and told us if he's in the neighborhood in the future, he'd drop by and check in our foundation. We were very impressed and are recommending him to our neighbors as well.

I highly recommend Foundation Doctor. They installed helical piers at my house and Allen and Richie were very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained each step they performed. Great guys. And they cleaned up nicely, left no mess behind. One last thing. Their excavator caused some problems with my brick sidewalk and they worked overtime to repair it.

We engaged Foundation Doctor for extensive crawl space work on a 110 year old home (replacing / adding piers & beams, adding interior french drain, sump pump, mold remediation, vapor barrier, etc...).
We are very pleased with the job. The foremen, Ryan, and crew went above and beyond. They explained all the work as they were doing and handled every unexpected challenge that comes with a 110 year old home. Crawlspace looks brand new!
Foundation Dr also worked well with our structural engineer and all inspectors.

Please do describe how I misrepresented this situation. I'm pretty sure the pictures show how successful the external application worked.
FD likes to say it was the perfect storm and my gutters couldn't keep up. My gutters had been in place for years with only minor seepage at one corner and that's what I was trying to get in front of, instead I ended up with a fully flooded basement.
I ended up spending more money, and now have a massive wall of plastic cemented I to my basement floor, that I need to put a false wall in front of...which means more money

We received multiple quotes to lift concrete in garage and front porch, and remove ceramic tile flooring in garage. FD was the best value and were all extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Due to the saturated fill below the slabs, Alan and his crew had to come out multiple times after the slab resettled a little over time, but the crew went above and beyond and were always prompt, professional, friendly, and even explained the process to our homeschooler. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs concrete lifting.

I met with and received quotes from 3 different vendors regarding part of my driveway that had settled and felt the most confident in selecting Foundation Doctor for the repairs due to their explanations of the work, not overselling me, and finally the price and overall service. Alisa effectively answered all of my questions regarding the quote. Allen and Nate did a great job and explained each step of the repair process and provided excellent service. One part of my driveway was raised 4 inches by the injection of the foam. Professional, precise in their work and set appropriate expectations.

From start to unfinished one of the worst experiences I've had. All started with poor communication, should've known then to call it. Day one of insulation delivery I was told crew was coming out to unload and put up insulation, no one showed up, so me the paying customer unloaded insulation. Weeks went by of insulation being stored under my tarp in my driveway. Get a call from Vince saying that they should've hooked up the pump that was just sitting under my home. After 3 months of promises we are still no better off. Good news is I got charged 1000$ for some insulation and some
