Because our facility is located on Leavenworth Street in downtown Omaha, we're easily accessible from three local colleges. Grace University students can access our property with just a quick drive one mile north, while Creighton University students need only hop onto I-480 for a total driving time of five minutes.
If you live in Offutt Air Force Base, hop onto US-75 and visit our facility in downtown Omaha! You'll enjoy a 12-mile drive totaling about 17 minutes long. We provide competitive rates on storage units, meaning you can finally clear out your overcrowded garage, basement, or attic. Even if you don't live in the heart of Omaha, you don't have to worry about the move-in process.
You can pay via credit card, debit card, or ACH transfer. Many of our customers prefer to set up an automatic credit card payment through their personal bank, which we're happy to do! If you set up automatic credit card payment, you can receive a 10% discount on rent. If you set up automatic payment and pay for a year in advance, we'll give you a 15% discount.

Excellent customer service. Manager on-site was friendly and extremely helpful. I showed up with no reservation or phone call, and they were able to accommodate me same day. Location is very secure and access is straightforward with a loading dock and large cargo elevator. Very conveniently located in downtown Omaha and access was easy. Prices were very fair. Hours are slightly limited, but not a problem if you plan ahead. I absolutely recommend this place: most storage places will provide you the same basic services, climate controlled lockers, but the staff here make the Storage Loft stand out

The Storage Loft is such a great and inexpensive storage place! We needed an affordable storage place fast because we stored all of our stuff in a garage and the rain ruined a lot of it. The person on site is super nice and walked us through everything that we needed to know when storing stuff! I would definitely recommend this place.

We rented a unit a few months ago, and the guy took me to see the sizes before I rented so I didn't rent a unit that was oversized and pay for space I didn't need. Incredibly helpful, very clean, and a cool building. You pull in the back and unload at a loading dock and they have wheeled carts to take your stuff to your unit. Price was very good.

I researched storage units in Omaha several months before deciding to use The Storage Loft for my son's household items. Adam was extremely responsive every time I called for information (and patient). When we arrived with our items, I was extremely pleased to see the actual facility - it is clean, safe (multiple cameras throughout the Loft and parking area) and easy to get into and out of. Adam even helped to unload our Penske truck and also made arrangements for us to simply drop the truck off at the Loft since they have an arrangement with Penske (you can even rent Penske trucks through

This is one of the best locations I have ever had for storage. First of all, the prices for downtown for units with climate control are really good. Secondly, and more importantly, they have service second to none. No one has friendlier people, I guarantee that. I've had countless good experiences here, but I want to highlight Michael on my move-out day. I was moving everything by myself, and he did everything he could to make way less stressful than it could have been. Many times, he went above and beyond. You know the jingle, "Like a good neighbor..."? Yeah, that's really about The Storage Loft

The place was clean and secure, I called to set up a reservation and spoke to Adam who was most helpful. I was not able to make the day I reserved so I called ahead and they held my space. Once I arrived we were greeted by Mike who was also helpful with explaining the details and layout of the storage site. Both of these people are friendly and professional, I would recommend this place to anyone.

So far renting with The Storage Loft has been a great experience. They are conveniently located in the Old Market area of Omaha. They are tractor trailer friendly for those storing a substantial amount of items. The elevator is quite large, allowing one to move more items in each trip. The space is very clean and well maintained. Mike is always friendly and willing to help.

FABULOUS FACILITY! If you are looking for summer dorm storage look no further! Less than two miles from Creighton University w/ ample and easy parking to load and unload. Staff, Michael and Belinda could not have been more cordial and helpful. Facility is secure, clean, climate controlled, w/ easy access to your storage unit w/ the staff controlling the freight elevator. I recommend reserving one of their on site moving vans to avoid multiple trips between the University and Storage Unit.

From the beginning of the process (getting a quote ) to the end (picking up our stuff), this place was the best! My son attends Creighton and finding a place to leave his stuff was a little unnerving. This place is clean and secure and the owners are wonderful to work with. This is my first time using this storage unit. The inside of the building is really nice and clean. This was a huge factor we were looking at. Each individual unit is clean and they provide a lock for you. The only downfall we had, was having to purchase insurance. We were never told about it until we showed up to move in/pay for the unit. I still gave it 5 stars despite this because we still would have picked it with or without insurance.

The Storage Loft is conveniently located near Creighton University. Everyone there was very pleasant to work with and very helpful as we coordinated summer storage from out of state. The ability to rent the U-Haul cargo van was an added bonus and really convenient. The guys at The Storage Loft made "moving out" day very easy and stress free. We rented the small locker and was impressed that it was a generous-sized space. Had plenty of room. Appreciate the pro-rated rate at the beginning and the end. Looking forward to renting space from The Storage Loft each year.

I had a lot of stuff in this place, on two occasions. I was pretty worried about putting books, my mother's furniture (including some oil paintings done by an ancient relative), etc., into storage. Everything came out great! The climate control here is excellent. No bugs. They are the go-to storage when you want to actually save what you store. Josh is great, and easy to talk to. Don't be intimidated by the do-it-yourself elevator. I got the hang of it fast, and I am not handy. This facility is very easy to get in and out of. I was in and out sorting through my Mom's things
