It’s only been a few days since the carpet was stretched. But the company was very good at explaining the issues with the carpet and what they were going to do to fix it. Every room in our basement had carpet issues with wrinkles. It almost looks like a new place now with all the rooms having stretched carpet.
They even fixed an area of carpet with some of the scraps that were left over from stretching

We had new tile and wood floors put in and the entryways where they transitioned to carpet the carpet side was pulled up and unfinished and title and wood floor guys left it to me, to fix the carpet it was a mess, And a little depressing to spend so much money on flooring and have it transition to a mess, I was lucky to find Tyler he did a great job in fixing those areas, I would recommend him for any job you might have.

Wow... this never happens! Tyler was upfront and honest about the stretching job I thought I needed. He checked the perimeter of the carpet in my office and determined that it was secure enough that it didn't actually need to be stretched. The weight of the cabinetry on top of it was sufficient to hold it down. He suggested I wait and see how it held up, and he was willing to come back if needed. No charge for coming out. Awesome guy!

Tyler was early for his appointment which was refreshing as I didn't have to wait around all day for someone to show. His work was professional, fast, and exactly for the cost he quoted. He is a very clean cut, friendly person who made the whole experience great. I can see why he averages 5 stars on his reviews. I don't write too many reviews, but felt the need to support this young man for the awesome job he did. Less than an hour for multiple projects I had for him. Thanks Tyler!!
