I normally wouldn't go out of my way or waste my time with posting a review, but the service I got from the first 20 seconds of my phone call, till after my second phone call asking if they were interested in giving me a quote for the job was a bad experience. My first phone call Travis seemed like he didn't care much for me or my business. But, we booked a date cause I still needed a quote to compare, I called him the day he was supposed to come and he supposedly thought it was at a later time, I'm sure that was him just being nice cause he didn't really want to come. Great communication from Travis and quality work from the team. I had an area of my yard that was neglected by the previous owner that had drainage issues. The crew removed cracked and failing slab, excevated dirt, and poured a new concrete walkway completely changing the look of that area. They even solved a grading problem by installing a tile drain. And Travis coordinated with a great landscaper to install permabark when the concrete was set. I'd certainly work with them on additional jobs.

I would not recommend this company. We had an appointment set up for them to come and look at our project. I texted when they were 20 min. Late to find out they weren’t coming. They got behind due to a rain storm. I totally understand that but at least call before hand and reschedule or something. When I texted they asked if we could do the next day and I said sure what time? They said they would let me know 1st thing in the morning. They never did so I texted about 10 ish to see if they were still coming. I kinda wanted to know so we could plan our day. No response at all so at noon I called

I reached out to three different concrete companies to get quotes and they are the only ones that responded back! They gave me a detailed quote and the owner was on site the entire time during the installation process. We had a pad installed for a hot tub and they let me know that they could add a significant portion to our back patio because they had to purchase a whole truck of concrete anyway - now we have a big beautiful back patio!

Best contractor we have ever worked with! Travis is extremely professional, kind, and honest. He picked up the phone on the first ring.....was at our house the next day for an estimate......and called us within a few hours to provide the estimate. We have waited weeks for contractors to provide estimates to us!!! His crew was amazing and they did a fantastic job on our driveway extension!!!!! Don't call anyone else because you won't get this level of service or quality of work!!

JC Eagle Concrete did a fabulous job on my garage floor. They put an amazing painted coating with vinyl paint chips on it. My concrete garage floor is now easy to clean. I appreciated how the staff at JC Eagle Concrete was so easy to deal with. They are fair and honest. I would highly recommend them!
