Purchased a "top of the Line" Jacuzzi tub during the MN state fair in 2016, we were promised an extra cover for the spa and never received it. Called to have included cover sent as the original one was no longer functioning. I provided receipts showing the included cover and were told we waited too long to request and that they were not going to honor the deal, of coarse finding fault with the invoices I provided. Clearly they never planned on sending the included cover in the first place. Customer service said we would need to pay for the cover and then wait 6 months to receive it. Customer service

We purchased a new jacuzzi hot tub from Bryce last spring and the jets are very weak. Before we purchased we asked to see what the jets would feel like and he directed us to a hot tub on the show floor that sold us. The jets in the hot tub are not comparable. If there are 2 people in the tub only 1 person can manipulate all of the jets to feel any pressure. Very disappointed 😔

I was referred to Ashley from a friend, and she was awesome. I had shopped Hot Spring, Master Pools & Spa amongst others before coming back to Jacuzzi in St Louis Park. She walked us through the different models, had us climb in and sit in them. Explained the pros/cons of various features and answered every question easily. Pricing was transparent and all inclusive. We purchased on 9/23 and had our tub installed and working on 10/1… 8 days!!! It was a dream purchase and experience.

When my swim spa arrived, we determined it had been parted out to other spas you've serviced. I am 41 years old and this is ONLY the 3rd Google Review I have ever given anyone. Bryce and the staff at Twin City Jacuzzi earned it!! Hands down the best purchasing experience I have ever made in my life. My wife and I went hot tub shopping this past fathers day. We went to several places throughout the west metro. I will admit, I did not know much about hot tubs. We met some knowegable/decent sales people and some VERY shady salespeople. Then we met Bryce.
