Despite me telling asking EE several times since 2019 not to prune our 13 young trees, they continued to do so, and poorly, without the health of the trees in mind. When I called the owner Fred to discuss this, I was shocked at how confrontational he was. He would not let me finish my sentences, belittled my concerns, and refused to acknowledge the persistent communication problems with his crew. He mockingly said, "They're trees. They'll grow back." He could not give me any assurance his crew would refrain from pruning our trees again. Our arborist now has to re-prune to repair the damage they

I did not pay for any services from Environmental Enhancements, I only asked for a quote on my .25 acre lawn. Fred - the owner/president - came to my house one early morning to survey the land and a couple of days later I had two quotes to choose from that contained a variety of add-ons and every line item was priced out. They can use synthetic or organic products so in case you have pets that roam in the yard, you don't have to worry about chemicals irritating them.
Prices are very competitive for the area and fair, I would definitely consider them once I'm ready to invest in fixing

If I'm part of an HOA I am an indirect customer of the company, so the owner/president's comments do not hold water. The owner/president is not very pleasant and does not apologize for his mistakes. As we have learned as a country from all the recent news coverage it is better to apologize and move on than to blame people for your own mistakes.I removed the unseemly email verbiage he sent to me by accident. I would not recommend this company.
