This one is a few years old, but I feel an obligation to warn folks about this outfit. In Spring of 2015, I called Rich Gould from My Exteriors for a quote on repairing severely sagging eves, plus any soffet/facia and roofing that would be needed with that carpentry repair. On inspection, Rich suggested that there was a hail event within the last… year that I could make an insurance claim on, maybe get a whole new roof paid for as long as we were repairing the eves. I asked him to go ahead and call my insurance - it made sense to go for a whole new roof on top of the carpentry repair, since

When I was sold my new siding, I was told my existing boards were not good and needed to be replaced. When the siders came to do the siding in May 2017, they told me my existing boards were in great shape. The installation was wonderful and all was good until Jan 2019 when I had a piece on the front of my house partially disconnect and flapping in the wind. My Exteriors didn't call back after multiple attempts. I duct taped the piece so it wouldn't break during the polar vortex and subsequent storms. My Exteriors installed new windows for me last year, 2018. January of this year, 2019, one of the windows cracked. I reported this to them at that time. I have called My Exteriors many times, and nothing has happened. The owner, Rick Mandery, sometime picks up his phone, and sometimes he returns calls, but he has not corrected the problem. Nor has he offered options on how to get the problem corrected.

Everything started on a positive note regarding repairs from June 2017 storm damages, BUT after some property damages took place this company has not been cooperative. The roofers tossed shingles off the roof causing damages to the new siding they just replaced, damaged a grill handle and scratched a vintage bike. The roofers were seen taken photos of the damages. I reported this to the person handling my claim (person A), who said they reported it (person B) but no one ever got back to me. I then sent photos (to person C who picked up a check from me) who also informed me that he forwarded the

My Exteriors, Inc. installed a brand new roof on my home 3 years ago. I've called and emailed them multiple times trying to get a qualified employee to fix the leak from their poor craftsmanship on the original install. I've been avoided like the plague by this company and have yet to receive any form of communication. Looks like legal action is going to be my only next step. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these crooks.

This company is a joke. I've been trying to get in touch with them for 3 weeks. I have a leak in my roof that My Exteriors, Inc. installed 3 years ago.I left several voicemails, submitted several written requests through their website, spoke with 2 different people and they are still ducking and dodging me. A simple call or email letting me know I should go elsewhere would have been great. Instead, I'm left frustrated by the lack of follow through and accountability of this company. Save yourself time and energy and please go to a legitimate business.

I would highly recommend My Exteriors! Their staff is knowledge and genuine. I consulted with multiple companies door my project and they were by far the most personable. I spent $13,000 on a window install in June 2016. It is now August 2017. Three of the window screens were installed with holes in them. Another window was installed with a bow in it. As of today, Rick and his team have failed to stand by their products or their installation.
I pointed out the issues with the screens and the bow in the window with the job foreman during the final walk through, upon completion of the job. When the foreman failed to follow up with me regarding the issues, I reached out to the owner of the company, Rick. Rick assured me he would take care of everything.

Rick and the folks at My Exteriors were amazing! A specialist stopped by and looked at our roof after a storm this summer. Even with our roof being a little on the older side, they thought it qualified for replacement through our insurance. Rick was with us every step of the way and work directly with our insurance company to make it happen. Even with the insurance company calling in an Engineer to look at the damage, My Exteriors stuck with us and helped get us that roof! The wok was done in a day and the team was amazing!
