We went to open our pool today and found an underground pipe that looks like it is in need of replacement. Searched online and this place looked like it had good reviews. Call them just now and did not get them. Did get a message to leave contact information as a voice mail. I tried to do that and was told the the mailbox was full and goodbye! I understand being busy but this is very unprofessional

Finally found a local pool service I can trust! Family owned business and it shows. The owner, Isaac, was very responsive, showed up when he said he would, communicated in advance and stayed within the price he quoted me. They upgraded us to a state of the art system, showed us how to use it and were available if we had questions afterward. Will use this company for my openings, closings and services from now on!

Sparklean Pools does what I don't want to do and that is opening and closing my pool each season. I take care of it the rest of the time of course.
And I'll admit, my favorite part is that pool closing. Sure, the kids have great fun in it all summer, but how I love not having to worry about the taking care of the pool until the following season and knowing that when it is opened again, Sparklean Pools will have it ready to go!

We are first time pool owners, and Isaac and his crew have been out twice. First, to open our pool and then to install a new booster pump for our heater. Both times they were very responsive, professional, and helpful-- answering questions we had beyond the scope of their visit! The work is top quality. They also answer email communications promptly and really make sure you are taken care of. I would recommend Sparklean to anyone in the area needing help with thier pool!

Used him in the past and provided good service, even recommended him to my neighbor. Absolutely rude the last season I used him. Staff did not respond or acknowledge me when I asked them a question-maybe they were hard of hearing (no disrespect to those who are hearing impaired, I am also). Would only deal with customers who had a bolted down cover (too much for his company to handle I quess!!). Had him install a new filter I purchased from him, fighting all season to remove the DE from my pool due to poor installation! My neighbor had him open her pool, messed up her perfectly good working pump

One day ago this would have been a 5 star review. Isaac performed two services for me previously, and both times the work and service were excellent. On his last visit last summer, we discussed leveling my filter pad before this season. I emailed and texted beginning in February, but never heard from him. After finally getting a response yesterday to a text critical of his professionalism, he informed me the work we discussed was "not high on his priority list" at this time. When I expressed displeasure at this response, he proceeded to personally insult me, at which time I responded in kind. The

Isaac is the man! He did a fantastic job installing our safety cover last year. This year he installed a new variable speed pump, DE filter, and Polaris booster pump. He also updated the electric to code. He and his crew do great work at a great price, which is so hard to find these days. I would recommend Sparklean pools to any new pool owner like myself.

We needed to replace the vinyl liner for our in-ground swimming pool. Isaac Penn, the owner, came out personally to go over options and provide an estimate. Isaac was very responsive to follow-up questions. He and his team (Justin and Niles) were here on the day of installation to quickly and efficiently remove the old liner and install the new one. We couldn't be happier with the completed job, and the price was reasonable! We have a beautiful new pool.

Isaac (owner) comes out personally for a lot of the work: He (and a crew) installed new salt generator / DEA filter and vinyl liner at a great price ; efficiently and expeditiously. He beat / matched competition for pricing and gave honest information. Also does my openings / closings and goes beyond by getting heavy items stored away for us. Amazing service
