Our building on Worcester Square in the South End used Elite last winter for snow removal, joining three other buildings that have been using it for several winter seasons. Snow removal has been punctual and thorough--they will come more than once in 24 hours if necessary. The price is not inexpensive but from what I have learned, it pays its shovelers a fair wage. It charges by the height of the snow in several different ranges and extra for applying snow/ice melt.

Elite's management is really respectful, and always keeps me updated on the cleaning and maintenance progress. Their prices are reasonable, and they were patient with meeting my needs and specific requests. Overall, my experience with Elite Building Services has been an amazing one, and I'm happy I was able to find such a good cleaning company while still staying within my budget.

I have owned a condo association on Beacon Street in Back Bay for the past 5 years. Although it's a stressful job, Elite Building Services makes the process much easier for me. From snow removal in winter to landscaping in the summer, they always have the property in excellent condition. My tenants never have complaints and I'm always impressed by the high-quality job they do. They come to my building twice a week to clean the common areas, elevators, and exterior of the building. Elite Building is our go to company for cleaning and landscaping. I own multiple office spaces in Boston and the surrounding areas. Their landscaping job is always immaculate, and I never need to worry about my properties looking unprofessional. The office I manage in the Back Bay recently hired Elite Building Services to clean our office using their day porter program. The office I manage is very large, and has traffic almost all day. It is necessary that our common area, waiting room, desks, conference room, and bathrooms look impeccable at all times. Elite met my high expectations with ease. They come during non-office hours, so they never disrupt our business operations while they work. The Owner was very gung ho to provide monthly services to our condo's building common area. I arranged time to meet with a supervisor who said they would be in touch and never received a follow up. Not only that but 3 emails and 3 voicemails later asking for the common courtesy of at least replying with a quote or just a 'reply' why they don't want our business, still nothing.
Don't do business with a company who doesn't value your time or couldn't be bothered to return a simple phone call.
