Bad experience with this company. Unprofessional from top to bottom. First of all they did not notify me of my windows not being complete when they came to install. One window was on backlog. When window was available, they came unannounced. I set-up an appointment for the next day and they never showed-up. Never received a courtesy call. The most upsetting issue from my experience was when I had jewelry missing. I called their office and talked with Teresa to address my complaint. She was of no help. I do not recommend this company.

Cost effective. Clean looking windows and doors. The house already looks so much better, after installation. I had a great experience with VWB. They delivered one week before the date scheduled. They had good communications. They installed three large sliding doors and 8 windows in one day.
They were prompt to replace one window with a small damaged corner, on the spot! Jorge went above and beyond with service and came back the next day!! The installation crew was hardworking and quick.
On a side note, I am currently waiting for three new mechanisms for the front windows and a key lock. Everything

An actual experience we had with Vinyl Window Broker just yesterday, 7/27/2021.
Very nice windows were installed yesterday and we had a great experience with their crew.
The complete work was great! Installation went so fast and smoothly!

Do not patronize this company, they hire drug addicted employees who perform poorly, My patio door window shattered they supposedly requested a replacement from the manufacturer yet I do not know what window was installed as my previous window has a tint this replacement isn’t also he installed the glass upside down it isn’t even aligned correctly, the door lining is open in different spots. This company is the worst.

Garbage company that uses disgusting predatory marketing tactics to try to secure clients. Calls me 3 times a day as if the 87th call I'm going to change my mind. This company needs to be contacted by the BBB I wouldn't do business with them knowing 80% of their payroll goes to spamming uninterested clients while the other 20% goes to sharks walking around neighborhoods phishing for numbers.

We are extremely happy and satisfied with this company to came out to gave us an estimate of 10 new windows and one new slide door for our house. They did an awesome job with the installation and professionally well done. Since we lives on a very busy street, these new windows really helpful with noise reduction, during the winter and summer we save money on the utilities bill. The prices are reasonable, also we want to picked this company because their products are mainly made 100% from the USA. Now a day are very rare and hardly anything that produce in America. Windows have helped to keep our home cool. Installation was quick. Pricing somewhat reasonable. Only critique is that they should vet their installers more closely. It doesn't hurt to call the office and ask ahead for names and background. As a consumer, don't be so quick to trust whoever they send to your home, ask questions, ask about background/licensing and any previous issues with any of the workers, specifically in the homes of customers. We had a situation, it was resolved promptly to an extent. But still, an event occurred. Had the workers be more closely vetted, it would not

The presentation, measuring estimate etc. was so easy and no pressure like some of the other companies who came out! I'll never get that time back! I wish I had found Vinyl Window Brokers first!
Installation crew was phenomenal! They work quickly and very diligently to get all 13 windows just right. They were professional and cleaned up as they went so by the end everything was done. One day installation, I chose financing so I had no money down! They handled the HOA so they did all the heavy lifting. I am very happy with my new energy efficient windows.

Great company to deal with overall. Stephanie was able to answer all of our questions and was responsive throughout the entire process.
They made everything super convenient from start to finish; I love that they took the responsibility of filling out all of the paperwork and clearing all of the work with our HOA without us having to lift a finger. Seamless and painless process. Amazing service.

They got my number doing door to door last year and till now they've been calling me every week about their promotions!!! I told them THOUSANDS of time IM NOT INTERESTED!!! We just moved and our house was well kept by the previous owner. Nothing really needs to be done. I told them kindly to PLEASE ERASE MY NUMBER ON THEIR DATA BASE. This was MONTHS AGO! Till now they are still calling me and Im just tired of it!!! I work night shifts. They call me when I sleep during the day time till I can't go back to sleep anymore. I blocked their

Yup. This place is terrible. I've gotten over 15 phone calls from them even though I told them to take me off their calling list, and I have also blocked the numbers they call from. I have literally blocked evey number and yet they keep calling me from new numbers. Last time they called I told them I went with another company so please stop calling me and the salesperson just continued to try and sell me his product. I continually said no thank you, and finally I said I AM NOT INTERESTED and the salesperson hung up on me. Talk about a nightmare. So glad I didn't use this company.

The guys showed up on time, worked very hard, cleaned up after themselves, and did it all in a timely manner. Windows look beautiful. Please reconsider using this company.
I have just had to hire an outside contractor to repair the work this company completed. After the rains we noticed multiple windows leaking in our home. Each window is labeled with the original receipt from Vinyl Window Brokers. I contacted them and they did not keep records from prior than a few years and would not come to check the reason for the leaks. My contractor has pulled out three Windows and not one of them has a sealant. They are literally sitting in the frame with no protection from outside elements. We have had to have drywall and baseboards
