Born and raised on the Virginia coast, calling Myrtle Beach home in 2013 was easy. Lauren later founded LouLou Interiors - specializing in the architectural selections process that comes with custom new builds and historic renovations. Intuitively, Lauren was attracted to the world of design because of the restorative and positive impact it had on her.

Lauren was terrific in blending the modern remodel of our beach condo with the mementos my wife and I accumulated over the past 30+ years. She was wonderful in expressing her vision for our place while keeping in mind what was important to us. Just a joy to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

My husband and I decided to build a new home and I was instantly overwhelmed by the thought of having to pick out everything for the house. We ended up making the decision to work with an interior designer (I was hesitant at first because I was thinking this was going to be a very expensive add on on top of building a new home). Going with LouLou Interiors ended up being the best decision ever. Lauren helped us realize what styles we liked and from there on, picking everything for the house was a breeze with Lauren. On top of that, the rates were reasonable and so worth it! Anytime I want to change

We have had a lot of chaos and trauma in the last 5 years and wanted to make our home a place of peace and joy after being out of it for 6 months due to a mold issue! My husband and I have very differing opinions on what peace looks like and very different styles. He loves sleek and modern. I love southern country chic. The amount of talent and the keen eye that Lauren has for interior design is absolutely incredible. Lauren helped me find the PERFECT rug for my living room and rearranged the furniture I already had to create a space that is functional, open, & inviting. She also gave me a list of ideas/inspiration so that I could enjoy “hunting” for new or new-to-me additions for my home! She is ridiculously creative, very dependable, and just so fun to be around.
