The pot holes here are the size of ponds, the property has broken down vehicles sitting in the middle of the property, when it rains it floods and then it's a puddle of mud for days, the doors are not secured very well, you can literally remove the latch from the outside of the door. My lock was cut off by someone for weeks and no one called and told me and I have alot of things missing from my storage. Cheap is the only thing they have going for them but if you want your stuff safe please somewhere else

If you have stuff stored at the tstc location you better get up here. A bunch of the units have been robbed. We moving today and our lock was gone and everything with a power cord is gone. Several thousand dollars worth of appliances. These people do not look after thier units or customers! I basically paid to get robbed! Looks like 5 or 6 units in the back have had locks cut and valuables stolen.

If you can find the office it is not easy to find and the one in bellmead does not have a office and they do not tell you this on the phone if you do not ask them and when you talk to the ppl the male is real rude with you if you can talk to the female and she will work with and tell you where their offices is

Find you another storage! Very unprofessional I was late on my storage which I’ve had over a year paid the storage the day before I went to pick up my things now keep in mind I’ve drove over 70 miles to pick up my stuff and the lock is still on the storage I’m very upset I called was placed on hold and nobody ever came back to the phone I had to hang up and call back I’ve been waiting in this parking lot for 30 minutes waiting on maintenance to come unlock it! If you like bad service and business by all means deal with them but I suggest finding a more professional company they never have

HORRIBLE!!! I HAVE NEVER PAID LATE EXCEPT ONE TIME AND HAPPILY PAID THE BILL AND ALL THE CRAP FEES ONLY TO HAVE MY STORAGE UNIT STILL LOCKED OVER A WEEK AFTER I PAID AND THE SLUM LORD KEEPS LAUGHING AT ME AND ACTING LIKE HIS PROBLEM OF ONLY ONE MAINTENANCE MAN FOR OVER 20 UNITS IS ME (THE CUSTOMER) PROBLEM!! YOU CANNOT HOLD PEOPLES STUFF HOSTAGE BECAUSE OF A COMPANY ISSUE. THERE IS NOTHING IN CONTRACT EITHER THAT SAYS THEY CAN DO THIS. SO PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SANITY IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING IMPORTANT TO STORE RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THESE PEOPLE
