I am very happy with the service provided by Gallegos. The Orangeberg sewer lateral that needed replacement ran under a very large pine tree with massive roots. Gallegos were upfront with the quote, advising that if the replacement went smoothly, it would cost $X , if the puller head got jammed in the roots, the extra cost of hand digging would be $x+ $. 2500. All prices included taxes. I was able to compare prices with other companies and make an informed descision.
The crew was friendly, professional and efficient and the whole process was achieved with minimal disruption. I totally recommend

I had to have an old cast iron pipe dug up and replaced along with other plumbing upgrades. Gallegos plumbing was on time, courteous, professional and the work was done and everything cleaned up before I came home. I would recommend them for any plumbing repairs or replacements.

I choose Gallegos Plumbing based upon good reviews on the web. I needed to have a water pressure regulator and a water shutoff valve replaced. Both items were connected to the main water line where it enters the house. I called Gallegos plumbing and talked to Patrick who was able to setup an appointment for the same day. Miguel of Gallegos plumbing called me approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival. Upon arrival, Miguel and Cody did an outstanding job of replacing the non-working components with new ones. Some reconfiguration and extra effort were required due to the age of the original installation

Gallegos did a re-pipe of our entire house. They sent a crew of five guys who arrived promptly and immediately set to work replacing all of our corroded original 60's galvanized piping. By sending such a large crew, they were able to complete the entire job in a single day, saving our family the hassle of not having water available in our house that evening. The also offered helpful hints on how to clean faucet traps and suggestions around replacing our aging water heater. They were courteous and did a good job cleaning up. Gallegos replaced 20 feet of kitchen drain line which was bowed and caused repeated drain clogs. It turns out it had a small leak which was causing a smell too. Now we are no longer worried about a kitchen clog and the kitchen smells better. It was very reasonably priced on time service. We have used them several times now over the past several years and pleased each time.

Communication was excellent. We originally corresponded through email on a Sunday evening I was inquiring about financing. Jard responded to my emails in a timely manner. Considering it was a Sunday. We sat a date for Monday afternoon. They had to reschedule Monday appointment.However, I had a slight emergency after hours Monday. I took a chance and emailed them after hours around 7pm. He sent his guy out & he took all steps to make sure the water stopped coming up out of the shower drain. Regardless, with the main water shut off, water was still coming up out of the shower. I don’t trust a plumber

The Gallegos team completed a complicated toilet install expertly and professionally. They explained everything they were doing, showed me the parts that needed to be replaced, focused on their work, and were done. Seems like I have been dealing with quite a bit of "barely good enough" workmanship these days but not this team. I was impressed with their knowledge and care for a job well done. Neat and clean work. I've used Gallegos Plumbing before, will use them again, and highly recommend them.

Service was extremely fast, and every single person I spoke to on the phone, and in person was very kind. The plumber that came by even called me before showing up to let me know he could be there earlier if I wanted. He was very polite and patient when I explained what was going on. He had no problem explaining what he was/is doing, and worked very efficiently. Very fair pricing too. I’d absolutely use this company again for any plumbing work that needs to be done in the future.
