The roof looks good. It hasn't rained yet. The new roof was installed on time, despite being done at the same time that an estate sale company was preparing for an estate sale. The amazing part was the cleanup. There was no sign on the ground that roofers had been there.

Bernard is wonderful to work with. He is patient and considerate and was on the job often to monitor the quality of work. He expects the best and cares about the job that is done. He also works hard to communicate timelines and unexpected delays. His crews installed new siding and painted the exterior of my home as well as staining of decks and fencing. I only wish Bernard’s company did more types of home repair so we could continue to work with them….but honestly, the house looks new! Will be reaching out if I ever need roof work as well. Highly recommend.

Amidst a rush on building materials and overloaded contractors, Libertas responded and delivered at a fair price. Our project involved window replacement, new roof & gutters, and painting; the results were excellent and really transformed our home. The crews were hard-working and careful. We had hail damage on our roof, and pursued 4 bids for replacement. The first bid was $2,000 over insurance amount. Bernard with Libertas contacted us, and came out on the day he said, on time. After looking at our roof, he gave us a bid that not only worked with our insurance, we were able to upgrade to the higher quality shingles. If I could give Bernard and his crew 10 stars, I would. The work I had done was: completely removing all the old siding, trim, fascia, and soffits, replacing it all with Hardie board, removing a deck and the crumbling canopy over it, painting the whole house, replacing the front storm door and rear patio door, tearing off two layers of shingles and re-roofing the house. Basically giving me a new house. They hauled everything away as part of the contract. There were no hidden costs (disclaimer, replacing the doors was not in the original contract, so I did pay extra for that).
