From the age of 8 Kyle began working for his father doing construction clean up after school and during the summer, this evolved into a management role within his fathers company until Kyle decided to go out on his own and begin his own career.
Modern Homes was founded by Kyle in 2017 and today they have completed over 40 projects and plan to be a staple to the community for many years to come. Kyle's wife and mother of their 4 children helps in the day to day operations of the company along with establishing her own very successful real estate career.
