Services
MXD models are ductable and designed for long runs where ductwork is necessary. Heat is delivered through energy efficient squirrel-cage blowers. MXD packages include 215 gallon tank, heater pump, filter, fuel piping kit, fuel lines and fitting, chimney for a 16' eave, through-the-roof installation (through-the-wall kits also available).

Waste oil is used oil that would normally be discarded. Transmission oils, cooking and vegetable oils (not supported by the manufacturer), hydraulic oils, combustible synthetic oils or any oils up to 50 S.A.E. Waste oil is basically free heat. Instead of paying increasing propane or natural gas prices, you can use a heat source that may already be in your shop.

Our AC went out over the weekend and they got us up and running when the outfit that did the initial install fell through. The other guys were going to charge us for a new control board and motor, but John said that wasn’t necessary and the motor was under warranty. The total repair was a fraction of what we expected it to be. My family has used West Brothers for years, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

My AC went out on a Friday night. First thing Monday morning the guys from West Brothers were there. The service guys were quick, honest and knowledgeable. They were able to fix my AC with a quick and easy part they already had in the van. They did not try to upsell me on service, parts or components I didn't need. I would highly recommend this company!

My AC went out in the middle of summer. Todd and his guys showed up quickly and did great work. The pricing was fair and our house now cools down better than it has every done before. I could not recommend West Brothers enough.

Our A/C went out right in the middle of a heat wave, and Todd and his team got us in within a few days and gave us an awesome price. We did get bids from other places as well and they were several thousand dollars higher than West Brothers, and they would have taken another week to do the install. West Brothers was awesome - professional, gave us a better system than we had before, and did everything the right way (the prior carrier we used had wired everything wrong, didn't have things up to code, etc...). West Brothers took good care of us, moved things around to get us in fast, and did an excellent

Wow! West Brother's, Inc walked me through cleaning the flame sensor over the phone.....OVER THE PHONE!!! They could have easily had me schedule an appointment and then charge me $100. Nope. Not West Brother's, Inc. These guys are honest straight-shooters. We've done business with West Brother's multiple times and I refuse to go anywhere else.

This is my second experience with West Brothers, first time was a service call on a 30 year old AC unit. Didn’t want to replace, selling the home, Todd understood and did all he could to solve the problem. System worked better than it has for years but died 2 months later, real hot summer. Called Todd for bid, came out same day. Got bid the next day and started install the next day. Tried to get a second bid, contractor was booked out over a month and was priced over $1,000 higher for similar equipment. Worked was completed in a timely manner and their workmanship is very professional. Granted
