Our house was built in the early 1900's and had no central air and was heated by a ventless propane furnace. Bob provided us with a "turn-key" estimate, which included all duct work, carpentry, central air and furnace. Bob's estimate was very competitive and he met the deadline he quoted to us. I am filing a lawsuit next week because Robert Holsinger quoted me a price for a 70000 btu furnace and installed a 45000 btu instead. When it was discovered during the recent "zero" weather because the furnace would not go above 67 degrees, he yelled at me over the phone, "I am not responsible" and refused to do anything about it. I had to hire another company to install the 70000 btu furnace and Robert Holsinger has refused to reimburse me.

We had a great experience with Bob 2 years ago. When it came time to install our final A/C unit on our 3rd floor, he told us multiple times he would come rebid it, pushed us off 2-3 times, and once he finally did come out, gave us a bid that was almost twice the price he'd quoted before. When we asked politely about the pricing, he told us to find someone else because he could make more money taking other people's emergency calls than installing our unit (that he'd already agreed to do Monday morning). So we've wasted three weeks now, and have no one to install the unit, with

Bob is awesome! Prices are reasonable and services are quick. We have had him come out to do maintenance and service our hvac system three times and we are always satisfied with the service. This last time our unit was making a high pitched noise and he was out to our home in less than an hour! Definitely appreciated since we have a new baby! I was working in the supply house( as a contractor)when this irate man through a childish temper tantrum. He proceeded to back his truck to the warehouse kick off the faulty damaged equipment, yelled at the manager. He cursed and swear at every employee that was there to offer help. Pretty disgraceful moment. I have had faulty equipment from the supply house there was no need to scream at the people they're doing their job for what the manufacture had messed up. The Lennox employees were a prime example for Bob to follow.

Robert was courteous, easy to schedule, and offered same day service when my HVAC started blowing warm air. I had declined service from Bob Hamilton because their pricing was outrageous and felt dishonest. When speaking with Robert, he was a true profession with more than affordable pricing. I was relieved to have found him and he saved me over $800 for an HVAC leak fix and to add refrigerant to my system. Highly recommend.
