Established in 2018, we are a small business in Franklin, MA owned and operated by Stephanie & Ed Maione. We specialize in turf care and landscape maintenance and pride ourselves on consistency and reliability. We are proud to serve the members of our own community with quality lawn care and landscaping services.

We, Stephanie & Ed Maione, founded Maione Landscapes in our hometown of Franklin, MA in the summer of 2018. I, Ed, left the corporate world of retail grocery sales with the hopes of providing a valuable service to the members of our community. That change allowed us to be able to create local jobs and ultimately spend more time with our growing family.
Our routine mowing service includes trimming and edging all garden beds, walkways, and driveways as well as blowing debris from all hard surfaces. With our automated appointment reminders, you'll always know when we're coming! Our goal is to make mowing a simple, transparent, and hassle-free process from sign-up to snow, as it should be.

Ed & the crew do a great job. Easy to work with, punctual, efficient, professional and just good people! The yard looks great and the email/text alerts on appointment days were very helpful. The automated invoice & billing system round out a great service!

Oh my God thank you so much!
Ed & team helped us out on very short notice when we had to sell our home on a tight timeline and needed the front cleaned up before a rapidly approaching open house.
After another service gave us an insanely high quote that felt like they were taking advantage of our situation, Ed came out quickly and worked with us on a quote that reflected our need for superficial work only.
When I totally missed the email with the quote and scheduling like the overwhelmed and disorganized person I am, Ed quickly helped direct me to it so we could pay up and helped us get scheduled

After going through a number of unreliable lawncare companies, we found Maione Landscapes. We've been working with Ed and his team for years since then. He is dependable, does excellent work, treats his customers and employees fairly, and great to work with. If there is an issue, he will come take care of it right away. His passion for what he does shows in the output of his work. They do everything from general lawn care to cleanups, to landscaping, to hardscaping. Highly recommend working with Ed and his great team!
