Nick was great at explaining the process and helping us take care of our mold inspection. When we received the inspection results, we reached out to Nick to go over the results and next steps (if any). Unfortunately we will need to follow up and have the mold properly remediated and removed. Nick gave great tips on preventing any mold spread while we wait to line up the right people to complete the process. 100% recommend so far, will update after the mold removal if we move forward with Carolina Mold Experts.

I cannot recommend Nick & Carolina Mold Experts highly enough. We found ourselves in a terrible situation with a well-known national builder of luxury homes. Multiple issues of negligence throughout the building process and we ended up with a basement that needed significant mold remediation. The builder minimized and pretended the issues weren’t there. Our realtor ended up feeling so intimidated by the builder that he didn’t want to stick with us because he feared the builder would ruin his career with future clients. We were appalled and we were alone. Do we back out and lose our deposit

Hey Nick was very professional and nice. He came in and inspected my apartment for mold! He explained everything he was doing while he was doing it. He also contacted me and explained the report bc I had no clue of what it meant. He gave me all of the information that I needed to move forward! Thank you Nick! I highly recommend him. After trying to get our management office to take us seriously for over a year we lost hope, but I tried one last thing. To hire and pay for a professional mold Inspector ourselves, we weren't sure that it would make much difference. Nick came out today and within minutes, I felt that a weight had been lifted off our shoulders. He did the inspection while explaining to me in detail what he was doing, how the tests will be performed and what needs to be done moving forward, if the test came back positive for a contaminate. We dont even have the test results back but I am grateful for Nick's professionalism

Nick came to my house and performed a mold inspection on the entire house, from attic to crawlspace and all the potential breeding grounds in between. He was very informative, offering DIY tips and sharing knowledge he gained from his extensive experience in home construction. It was easy to schedule and the inspection was efficient.
